Maxi was very professional and helpful. The detailing was excellent, and I’m glad I signed up for the membership. Great local car wash with outstanding service. Highly recommend.

My biggest take away from the car detail and wash. It was the price. I was concerned that I was spending a lot of money to get my car done, but my car was completely trashed. I just moved and my car was completely filled inside. It took about three hours, so have some place to go or have somebody drop you off but when I came back, my car looks like a new car if I could sell it today in the condition that they put it back in bravo to them so will I be going back to Dream Clean absolutely it’s 30 minutes away from my home. We don’t have anything close. It’s very difficult to find a detailing place but well worth it will be back and thank you to the two people who were there today. I did not get their names. I do apologize but he did an amazing job on my car thank you everybody and I will be back.

We just had a terrible experience at the car wash. When we started the car wash there was no car in front of us. After wash we went to drying area, there drying area is not automated. When we got to the drying area, we saw a white truck that was standing there to dry. That car must have standing there for long time. That truck didn't move and didn't let us start the drying. After couple of mins it moved and we started to drying the car. It was may be 30 sec or less than 1 min two people from car wash came aggressively and told us to move our car. We told them our car is still fully wet. They didn't listen, so we had to get out. My question is why didnt they come first to move the white truck in front of us and let us dry. Where were they that time????? The car behind us also didn't get to dry. It was bcz of their poor management. My car still has soap and wet. Take your car somewhere else and spend the money.

Safety Concern – Poor Operational Design Caused Vehicle Damage I am posting this to document a serious safety issue with this facility’s wash layout and operating procedure. The dryers at the end of the tunnel are not integrated with the conveyor track system. Vehicles are allowed to sit under the dryers for extended periods, which causes traffic to back up onto the moving conveyor. The conveyor does not automatically stop when this occurs. While I was in the mitter curtain section, visibility of the vehicle ahead was obstructed (as designed in most tunnel washes). I then heard multiple horns and the vehicle in front of me abruptly braked due to the backup at the dryers. Because the conveyor was still actively moving my truck forward, I was unable to avoid contact. Law enforcement responded to the scene and indicated this was reportedly the sixth call to this location for similar incidents. My vehicle exited the wash still dirty and with new damage to the front bumper. Management stated there was nothing they could do other than offer a complimentary wash. Customers should be aware of the apparent traffic flow and safety control issue at this location.

These guys are careless. Their belt was not working, and because of that my car hit the wall. Unfortunately, they are not willing to accept their mistake. I strongly recommend not going there. In the end, they blamed me and claimed that I hit something outside, which is not true. They are looking this situation but they won’t accept their mistake. I ask the guys he was there and he don’t want to see the cameras to me and police and he was so rude. DONT GO THERE Please improve this And please don’t apologize to me because you guys are rude And if you guys want to do something just reply me or else I recommend everyone to don’t go there
